Secure webmail access through https://mail.upwardaccess.com

For webmail, the Username is your full email address
Password is the password issued to you

Outlook Mail Setup

  1. Open Microsoft Office Outlook.
    From the Tools menu, choose E-mail Accounts....
  2. Select the Add a new e-mail account button, and click Next >.
  3. Select the POP3 button, and click Next >.
  4. In the Your Name: box, type in your name.
  5. In the E-mail Address: box, type in your email address.
  6. In the Incoming mail server (POP3): box, type 'upwardaccess.com'.
  7. In the Outgoing mail server (SMTP): box, type 'upwardaccess.com'.
  8. In the User Name: box, type in youraccountname@upwardaccess.com).
  9. In the Password: box, type in your password.

Outlook Express Setup

  1. Open Outlook Express.
  2. If the Internet Connection Wizard pops up, skip to step #5. Otherwise go on to step #3.
  3. From the Tools menu, choose Accounts.
  4. Click the Add button, and choose Mail.
  5. In the Display name box, type in your name, and click the Next > button.
  6. Select I already have an e-mail address that I'd like to use. (You may not have to do this)
  7. In the E-mail address box, type in your email address, and click the Next > button.
  8. Click the down arrow on the drop-down list and choose POP3.
  9. In the Incoming mail (POP3,IMAP or HTTP) server box, type 'upwardaccess.com'.
  10. In the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server box, type 'upwardaccess.com'.
  11. Click the Next button.
  12. In the Account name box, type in your email address.
  13. In the Password box, type in your password.
  14. Check the box next to Remember password if you would like your password to be saved.
  15. Click the Next > button.
  16. Click the Finish button.
  17. Click the Close button.
     

Apple Mail Setup

  1. From the Mail menu, select Preferences.
  2. Go to the Accounts tab, and then click the plus sign(+) at the bottom of the Accounts box.
  3. In the Add Account window, enter your full name, email address and email password.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. In the Incoming Mail Server screen, select POP or IMAP from the Account Type list, and complete your information as follows:
    • Description: The name of your account.
    • Incoming mail server: mail.upwardaccess.com
    • User Name: you@upwardaccess.com
    • Password: Your email account password
  6. Click Continue
  7. In the Outgoing Mail Server screen complete your information as follows:
    • Description: The name for this mail server (e.g. upwardaccess.com)
    • Outgoing mail server: mail.upwardaccess.com
    • User Name: you@upwardaccess.com
    • Password: Your email account password
  8. Check the Use only this server box.
  9. Check the Use Authentication box, and then enter your User Name and Email Address.
  10. Click Continue.

Netscape Mail Setup

  1. Outgoing SMTP server should be upwardaccess.com
  2. Incoming POP server should be upwardaccess.com
  3. POP3 username is the account you're setting up.
    Click the Identity tab:
  4. Enter your name
  5. Enter your full e-mail address
  6. Enter your reply e-mail address
  7. Click Apply

Netscape Communicator Setup

  1. Open Netscape Communicator
  2. Go to Edit menu and choose Preferences
  3. Click on Mail and Groups and the + sign adjacent to it
  4. Click on Identity and enter your name and mail address
  5. Click on Mail Server and enter the following:
    • Incoming POP should be upwardaccess.com
    • Outgoing SMTP should be upwardaccess.com
    • Choose the POP3 radio button under Mail Server Type
    • Click OK
